Refund Policy — Giraffe Communication

At Giraffe Communication, we value your trust and strive to deliver high-quality creative and marketing solutions. Since our work involves customized strategies and creative effort, our refund policy is designed to be transparent and fair.
1. General Policy
Due to the nature of digital and creative services, refunds are not issued once a project has started or services have been delivered.
2. Eligible Refund Cases
Refunds may be considered only if:
- No work or creative output has been initiated.
- A duplicate or accidental payment has been made.
- The service was not delivered as per the written agreement and confirmed by both parties.
3. Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will not be provided for:
- Completed or partially completed projects.
- Delays caused by the client (e.g., pending approvals, missing inputs).
- Change of mind or strategy after project initiation.
- Domain, hosting, advertisement, or third-party service costs (as these are prepaid to vendors).
4. Cancellation Policy
To cancel a project, please email your request to giraffecommunication24@gmail.com or vk338315@gmail.com.
Any advance payment will be adjusted based on the work already completed.
5. Dispute Resolution
We aim to resolve all issues amicably. For unresolved matters, Indian laws shall apply, and jurisdiction will rest in Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh.
